Q: Does it cost money to visit with Santa?
A: Yes. The cost is $12 until December 5th. Sign-ups after December 5th will be $18. (recording included.)
Q: What will happen at my registered time?
A: When you enter Zoom at your registered time, you will be greeted by Santa’s helper elf, who will merrily give you permission to record to your own computer and then magically swish you all the way to the North Pole to visit Santa! Be prepared to wait for a few minutes once you arrive, as Santa wants to give every family his full attention. We will have holiday music and frivolity while you wait!
Q: How long will I get to visit with Santa?
A: You will receive a 5-8 minute visit with Santa via Zoom.
Q: Can I get a recording of my visit with Santa?
A: Yes! Your recording is included. When you arrive at the elf desk, you will be given permission to record your visit to your own computer. As soon as you are given permission, hit the record button. It will save at the end of your visit.
Q: Do you take large groups (i.e. schools, organizations, hospitals)?
A: For scheduling special visits with Santa, please contact [email protected].
Q: Can adults visit with Santa?
A: Yes! The young at heart, the old of wisdom. All Holidayopolans are welcome!
Q: Is there a limit to how many children/adults visit with Santa in my visit?
A: Yes. Up to 3 visitors may be in the room at one time with Santa. If you have more visitors who would like to participate, please sign up for more than one time slot. Your time won’t be shared with others, so you can have your entire party visit with Santa safely and uninterrupted
Q: When will Santa start being available for Zoom visits?
A: Santa will be ready for visits beginning Saturday, Nov. 28th. See the schedule for individual bookings. The last bookings are on Sunday, December 19th. Santa wants to be prepared for his trip around the world! Be sure to listen for his sleigh bells in the night sky on Christmas Eve!
Q: Do I need any software or apps prior to my visit?
A: You must have access to Zoom and a registered Zoom account in order to visit with Santa. Please be sure you have updated Zoom to the latest version a few days before your scheduled time, as the newest versions will give you the best quality visit! Don't have Zoom? Click here to sign up for a free Zoom account. We will do our best to work with whatever equipment you have, as we believe that the bells and whistles of the heart are more important than the technical bells and whistles when it comes to visiting Santa!
