MEET OUR CHEF
Joe has been in the foodservice business for over 40 years. From bussing tables in restaurants to washing dishes at racetracks. Joe found his way to contract foodservice in 1984 as the Chef in a Fortune 500 Financial Company. Joe began his career with Compass Group in 2002 as an Executive Chef. He was integral in obtaining the status of “Center for Excellence” in 2004. Since 2012, Joe has been the Eastern Division Executive Chef, providing culinaryleadership and development for 450+ accounts covering the Eastern Seaboard and Puerto Rico. Joe is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and is particularly fond of cheering on his favorite Eagles and Phillies. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Anne, and their son Dominick.
