Chocolate Egg Cream Heaven
Chill a 12 oz glass in the freezer. Pour in ½ cup milk (1 or 2% or whole as you prefer). Slowly add seltzer to an inch below the top of the glass, trying to preserve as many bubbles as possible. Drizzle in four tablespoons of chocolate syrup (U-Bet is traditional). Stir vigorously with a long spoon and enjoy through a straw.
